Cocktail Recipe: The Maple Highball

Bourbon and apple brandy are quintessentially American. That delectable combination inspired Perrier National Mixologist Lynette Marrero to create the The Maple Highball.

“I love the balance of the tart cranberries with the maple syrup to complement the spice notes in the whiskey and the fruit notes of the brandy,” she says. “The lemon and cranberry add tartness and bitterness and the Perrier lemon adds citrus aroma and brings all the ingredients together.”
