Autumn marks the transition from summer into winter, a magical time of the year when leaves change and the air becomes crisp. National Perrier Mixologist Lynette Marrero captures the essence of the season with Bobbing for Apples, a cocktail whose origin is influenced by the Haytime Switchel dating back to the late 1600s that was also popular among thirsty farmers in the 1800s at hay harvest time. By adding apple cider and the heavier date molasses, Marrero brings the summer cocktail into fall.
